About The Position
Stellar Home Maintenance is seeking technicians to provide drywall repair and build-back services for occupied rental properties. The company handles work assignment, scheduling, routing, billing, and invoicing, allowing the technician to focus on performing repairs and ensuring a positive resident experience.
Requirements
- Must provide own vehicle.
- Must provide own tools.
- Pass Background Check.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Valid Auto Insurance.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years drywall experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide drywall repair and build-back services for occupied rental properties.
- Complete work orders assigned through the company's app.
- Provide a great experience for the resident.
