About The Position

The Drywall Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, resource allocation, and budget control while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

• 10 Years in the construction industry with $10M+ project size
• Proficiency with email, Office, document, project management, and scheduling software used in the construction industry.
• Well-developed communication skills
• Highly motivated and solution-oriented individual
• Professionally and technically competent
• Excellent client management and goodwill-building ability
• Capacity to motivate, lead and boost the morale of the project team

Nice To Haves

• 4-year college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction project from start to finish
• Review bid proposals, budgets, submittals, RFIs, contracts, change orders, closeouts
• Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
• Manage the budget and minimize exposure and risk in the project
• Guide the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including architects, consultants, sub-contractors, and laborers
• Serve as the primary link with the client and review all deliverables prepared by the team before presenting them to the client
• Create and update the construction schedule with the project superintendent
• Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards
• Provide training and mentorship to other team members
