Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial drywall project management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and project documentation
- Experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) or similar construction software
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Review project plans, RFIs, submittments, change orders, and other project documentation
- Monitor job costs and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Maintain strong communication with customers while providing exceptional service
- Support field operations to ensure quality workmanship and safe project execution
