Requirements
- Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing.
- Familiarity with tools and materials used in drywall work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle materials and perform tasks.
Responsibilities
- Install drywall sheets and ensure proper alignment and placement
- Repair and patch damaged drywall as needed.
- Texture ceiling
- Paint (if needed)
- Apply joint tape and compound to seams, corners, and screw holes.
- Smooth and finish drywall surfaces to achieve a flawless look.
- Measure and cut drywall to fit specific project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety standards and best practices on job sites.
