In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a clean, professional job site and supporting team success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, stucco patching, and painting.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods, and safety practices.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and guide others when needed.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Lead Drywall Installation: Oversee and perform the measurement, cutting, and installation of drywall panels on walls and ceilings with precision and efficiency.
• Surface Preparation Oversight: Inspect and prepare surfaces to ensure they are level, secure, and ready for proper drywall application.
• Finish Work Execution: Apply joint compound, tape, mud, and sand seams and joints to produce smooth, high-quality finishes.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Material & Tool Management : Coordinate material usage, load and organize tools and supplies, and ensure efficient job site operations.
• Site Management & Cleanup : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; ensure debris removal and proper disposal.
• Team Leadership & Support : Provide guidance to team members, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure job site.
• Documentation & Communication: Complete service documentation accurately and communicate job status updates to Install Coordinators and management.
