Requirements

2 years of drywall installation experience (Commercial drywall installation a plus).
Ability to read and use basic measurement tools accurately.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to lift 50 -75 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Commercial drywall installation a plus

Responsibilities

Measure, mark, and cut drywall panels according to specifications.
Read blueprints or other specifications to determine methods of installation, work procedures, or material/tool requirements.
Use measurement tools (tape measure, micrometer, calipers) to ensure accuracy and quality.
Cut openings for electrical outlets, windows, doors, vents, etc. using cutting tools.
Inspect installed drywall for alignment, fit, and quality standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
