About The Position

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in drywall framing (commercial projects preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints and use tools of the trade effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites across New England.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to grow with the company and uphold Optiline's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and assemble metal and wood framing for walls, ceilings, and partitions.
- Install drywall panels according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
- Work collaboratively with foremen, project managers, and team members to meet schedules and exceed expectations.
- Maintain safe work practices in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Take ownership of work, ensuring quality and attention to detail on every project.
