Job duties may include but are not limited to the following: Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects Tape, fill, skim, and sand drywall according to level of finish Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner Performs other related duties as assigned Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co‐workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and documentation Train, mentor, and develop crew members, including apprentices and journeymen On-the-job training offered This position is safety-sensitive. Pay Range: $35.31 - $37.31/hr

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Drywall Finisher Foreman
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
  • Physically able to perform assigned tasks
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
  • Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA 30
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Willingness to travel and manage out-of-town projects is desirable.
  • Experience with specialized finishes; acoustical drywall finish and direct applied skim coat finishes is desirable.
  • Experience with Procore software is desirable.
