About The Position
We’re partnered with a well-established commercial drywall contractor seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team. This company is known for tackling large-scale metal stud framing and drywall projects across healthcare, education, retail, and office sectors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial estimating experience in drywall/framing
- Proficiency in OST and Quick Bid
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with jobs $1M+
Responsibilities
- Estimate commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes
- Use OST and Quick Bid to prepare accurate bids
- Collaborate with GCs, PMs, and internal teams on proposals
- Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid schedules
