We’re hiring an experienced Drywall & Painting Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high‑quality finishes, communicates clearly, and shows up ready to work every day. You’ll handle repairs, texture matching, Level 5 finishing, and professional painting on residential and light commercial projects. We are a local residential drywall company specializing in patching drywall, matching texture, and providing high quality workmanship to Central Florida homeowners and businesses. Our customers are looking for us to deliver exceptional drywall repair that can restore their living and work space to a brand new appearance. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in drywall finishing and/or painting
Proven ability to perform Level 5 finish work
Expert texture matching skills across multiple texture types
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Must have legal authorization to work in the USA
Fluent in reading and writing English
Must have dependable transportation

Responsibilities

Drywall repair — small and large patches, crack repair, water‑damage restoration
Level 5 finishing — skim coating, surface prep, flawless final surfaces
Texture matching — orange peel, knockdown, hand textures, custom blends
Interior painting — brush, roll, spray, cut‑in work, color matching
Jobsite professionalism — communication, cleanliness, customer interaction
Daily travel — reliable transportation to jobs across the local service area
