About The Position

This role is responsible for providing quality service and products to customers in a timely and professional manner. The primary duties involve picking up dry linen and feeding items into various dry fold machines, adhering to standard operating procedures for each machine. The position also requires inspecting each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wear, while consistently meeting quality and production standards.

Requirements

• Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise.
• Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day.
• Be able to push/pull linen carts up to 800 lbs (in wheels).
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Be able to operate computer/printer.
• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Pick up dry linen and feed items into various dry fold machines.
• Follow standard operating procedures for each machine.
• Inspect each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wears.
• Meet quality and production standards.
• Cross-train in other positions per production needs.
• Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit.
