About The Position

AmCan Freight Express is a dry van carrier with over 10 years of experience. We are looking for owner-operators to join our team. We offer competitive pay, fuel discounts, and flexibility in your schedule. You can be home every weekend or run Over-The-Road (OTR). Our dispatch team is experienced and can provide rate confirmations immediately after booking loads. Self-dispatch is available after one month of service. We also offer remote orientation and will ship your equipment to you. Your first load will be local.

Requirements

• Own your own semi-truck (cargo vans, hotshots, or sprinters are not accepted).
• CDL-A license.
• 3+ years of driving experience.
• 3 or fewer moving violations.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate your own semi-truck for dry van freight.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage your schedule to be home on weekends or run OTR.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team.
• Pass a background check.

Benefits

• 88% of gross pay.
• Average $3.45 CPM.
• $3,500 – $6,000 weekly take-home pay (after deductions and fuel).
• Top OTR owners earn $6,500 – $7,000 weekly.
