About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you stay current with fashions and trends and inspire customers to create their own personal style. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store. The position is with Dry Goods, a family-owned retailer offering clothing, jewelry, and accessories. The expected base wage for this Illinois-based position is $15.00 per hour, with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages are determined based on their individual qualifications; pay ranges may differ in other locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
• Develop customer relationships to grow the business.
• Achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience.
• Ring POS transactions and enter key account information.
• Unpack and display stock.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
