About The Position
The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Dry Cleaner/Spotter/Presser who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape guest experience by providing exceptional service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The Dry Cleaner reports to the Laundry Manager. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities
- Sorts, processes and finishes Guest Clothing and Employee Uniforms to exacting standards.
- Tags Guest items, sorts for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment using the appropriate chemicals and temperature.
- Once processed, folds or hangs the clothing as desired.
- Sorts employee uniforms for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment using the appropriate chemicals and temperature.
- Once processed, hangs and transports clean uniforms to Housekeeping.
- Operates and maintains washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, steam tunnel, presser and iron.
- Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager.
- Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
