About The Position
Experienced DRV Inspector position available. Inspectors will conduct business with board members and homeowners by phone, email, and occasionally in person. This is an hourly / non-exempt and in-office position, not remote.
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record – no exceptions.
- Punctuality and regular attendance is required.
- Professionalism and great customer service skills are needed.
Nice To Haves
- MSFT office
- CINC or similar software system or the ability to learn quickly.
- Bi-lingual, English / Spanish - written & spoken, preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Following the governing documents/CCRs and state property code laws for each community.
- Inspectors will conduct business with board members and homeowners by phone, email, and occasionally in person.
