About The Position

The Government & Public Sector (GPS) Digital Engineering practice is helping organizations solve complex problems through purpose-led transformation. We respond to each client's issues by bringing together highly skilled professionals across our Consulting, Assurance, Tax and Strategy and Transactions service lines. This integrated approach provides the support and flexibility to meet the unique requirements of our clients. The Drupal SME - Manager will serve as the lead technical expert supporting client Web Content Management as a Service (WCMaaS) platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience coming up with solutions to problems
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 8+ years of related experience with drupal development and administration
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale or federal Drupal implementations
  • Eligibility for Secret level clearance

Responsibilities

  • Drupal architecture, development, modernization, migrations, operations and maintenance
  • Tier III support for multiple enterprise and public-facing websites
  • Work in an Agile environment supporting cloud-hosted Drupal solutions while ensuring security, accessibility, and compliance requirements are met
  • Provide expert-level support for Drupal environments
  • Design, develop, enhance, test, and deploy Drupal applications and shared platform services
  • Perform Drupal upgrades, migrations, security patching, and code-base maintenance
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and cloud-based hosting environments
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile delivery model
  • Mentor junior developers and establish Drupal development best practices
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
  • Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership
  • Anticipate and identify risks, and escalate any issues as appropriate
  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff; help create a positive learning culture
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
