About The Position

We're looking for a Drupal Developer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of client websites. You'll work across both new and existing projects, with a strong focus on Drupal development and creating digital experiences that perform beautifully across desktop and mobile devices. You'll be part of a collaborative team building websites that help travelers discover destinations across the United States. The ideal candidate is an experienced Drupal developer who enjoys building and maintaining thoughtful, high-performing websites. They are comfortable working independently but also enjoy collaborating with designers, strategists, and fellow developers to bring great digital experiences to life. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident tackling technical challenges without a lot of oversight. They stay current on modern web development practices, communicate clearly, and can easily shift priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is open to candidates who are based in the United States.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing and customizing websites in Drupal 10/11
• Solid understanding of Drupal architecture, theming, and module development
• Proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and web services
• Experience with Drupal Canvas
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development
• Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases
• Strong troubleshooting and website performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver quality work with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Developing and customizing websites in Drupal 10/11
• Building and maintaining Drupal themes, modules, and functionality
• Supporting enhancements and ongoing maintenance for existing client websites
• Integrating third-party APIs and web services
• Working with Drupal Canvas to build and manage site experiences
• Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying effective solutions
• Optimizing websites for performance, usability, and responsiveness
• Collaborating with designers, strategists, and developers to bring digital concepts to life
