Position Summary: Performs drug and alcohol tests on donors Essential Role Designation: “This position is designated as an essential role supporting the company’s DOT regulated operations. Employees in this role are expected to maintain availability to ensure compliance and continuity of required DOT functions during normal and emergency conditions.” Compensation & Work Schedule: Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week 6:00 am - 2:30 pm On-call weekend rotation approximately one time per month. Base Hourly Rate: $18 - $21.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Drives License required.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Card; CDL not required
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Obtain DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
  • Obtain DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) certification within two (2) weeks of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience driving a box truck (Up to 23 feet in length) (Training provided).

Responsibilities

  • Drives a company provided vehicle to client locations and performs drug tests.
  • May perform collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines, which includes direct observation and possible oral swab sample collection.
  • May perform breath alcohol testing following DOT alcohol testing guidelines.
  • May perform hair collections following Psychemedics guidelines.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
