About The Position

The Drug Screening Collector supports medical and safety efforts at a large scale construction site located in Boise, ID. This position will be responsible for collecting drug and alcohol testing samples while following established site procedures and all applicable HIPAA laws, regulations, and guidelines. Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) OR One to three years’ related experience and/or training OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability of maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Strong critical thinking skills; problem solving, and decision making.
  • Must have the ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to create and edit written materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed daily and weekly individual performance goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as assisting other team members when needed.
  • Requires regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to make independent decisions in accordance to company policy and procedures and strong professional and clinical judgment; and take initiative on issues that arise daily.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and on a team basis; extremely organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Windows operating system environment, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and learn other software as needed

Responsibilities

  • Oral fluid, urine drug and breath alcohol collection.
  • Trained to DOT standards for drug and alcohol testing.
  • Perform additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by manager for the efficient operation of WorkCare.
