About The Position

This role is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the Drug/GM department. The leader will direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department, supporting the day-to-day operations. The position requires embracing the Customer 1st strategy, encouraging excellent customer service from associates, and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return.
  • Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
  • Monitor and control all established quality assurance standards.
  • Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Drug/GM department.
  • Support the day-to-day functions of Drug/GM operations.
