About The Position

This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the Drug/GM department. The position involves directing and supervising all functions within the department, supporting daily operations, and embodying the Customer 1st strategy. Responsibilities

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return.
Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
Monitor and control all established quality assurance standards.
Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Drug/GM department.
Support the day-to-day functions of Drug/GM operations.
