Requirements
- Licensed to operate all material handling equipment required to fulfill established duties
- Packaging and shipping
- Cycle Counts
- Physical and scale counting
- Pull sales and DRP Orders
- System transaction (material movements, etc.)
- Use Scanners in daily operations, cycle counting, physical inventory, etc.
- Visual quality inspection
- Basic computer skills to perform data look ups, computer related transactions
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Proficient math skills
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Fulfills DRP Orders to meet customer requirements and to achieve company objectives for customer service, quality, and delivery metrics.
- Review printed orders, locating required materials in warehouse, material acquisition, and pre-packing of materials in preparation for shipping
- Following published procedures to ensure employee safety, order fulfillment accuracy, quality and productivity to ensure achievement of all company/divisional goals
- Interfaces with Drainage sales, customer service, and warehouse staff to prioritize shipments and meet customer demands.
- Monitors product stock levels as well as warehouse bin locations
- Assists warehouse staff to assure proper flow of off-system purchases and vendor managed inventories (cartons, hardware).
- Reviews daily order backlog and following identified order priorities and commitments
- Crosstrain to support shipping, receiving, and other positions as requested warehouse manager
- Support Drainage Operations Manager to execute cross-functional activities and special projects.
- Monitors equipment following daily PM checklist and reporting all equipment and safety concerns to management
- Other duties assigned by manager
