About The Position

The Dropper position at LCI involves placing flatware products onto a conveyor system. The primary task is to stand in one place and accurately place products into a cross-conveyor as it moves. These products then proceed through the cross-conveyor to the main conveyor for packaging. This role is crucial for the initial stage of the packaging process within LCI's manufacturing operations, contributing to the company's mission of providing meaningful employment for the blind and visually impaired.

Requirements

• Some education with basic reading and math skills.
• Must be able to communicate with manager and co-workers.

• Previous production experience, preferred.
