About The Position

The Drop Team is responsible for removing and replacing slot machine bill validator currency drop boxes, one slot/gaming machine at a time. They will also secure the slot drop boxes and transfer them. Additionally, the role involves removing and replacing table game drop boxes and performing drops on ticket kiosks. The team member must adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, including the MICS.

Requirements

• Above average oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Problem solving capability
• High capacity for learning
• High school diploma or GED
• Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license
• Must be able to bend and kneel repeatedly for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs repeatedly while maintaining an awareness of the area around you
