About The Position

The Drop Team Member is responsible for performing duties associated with collecting cash boxes from machines and table games, accurately counting and recording daily cash receipts, and preparing various reports. This role requires a positive attitude, adherence to core values, and the ability to provide exceptional service. The position involves maintaining records, solving problems, and complying with all applicable regulations and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties associated with collecting the cash boxes from machines and table games
  • Accurately count and record daily cash receipts from various revenue-producing venues
  • Conduct all facets of the count, prepare the drop, verify documentation and currency bundling to the final reconciliation of totals, as well as any other related task
  • Prepare various reports, reconciling all totals to the master summary; forward all information to appropriate individual(s)
  • Maintain records, reports, and other required paperwork in the cashiering and count room division of the Finance Department
  • Understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program.
