Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in e-commerce, drop shipping, merchandising, or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Efficiently monitor and manage drop ship orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Communicate with suppliers to confirm product availability, shipping details, and lead times.
Monitor and track inventory levels for drop ship products.
Collaborate with suppliers to address any discrepancies or issues with stock levels.
Act as a liaison among Merchandising, Digital, Business Technology, suppliers, and external drop ship partners.
Coordinate the onboarding of new drop ship vendors and products, working with vendors and internal and external partners through launch, and provide clear and timely status updates.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate product information, including images and copy.
Manage the process of turning drop ship products online, ensuring they have the correct content.
Accurately input data related to drop ship orders into our systems.
Generate and maintain regular reports on drop ship performance, vendor onboarding, key metrics, and business opportunities.
