About The Position

The primary requirements of the Drop Mill Operator are to cool off, properly mix and process compounds through the mill within allowable specifications. The hours of operation for this position are 2:45pm-11:00pm. This role offers growth potential within a team-oriented environment and a dynamic culture.

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail.
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Capable of maintaining quality control by monitoring production output.
Ability to identify any issues with the product or process.
Correctly identifying the correct batch is being milled.
Ensure belts, pans, and knives are always cleaned between compounds.
Following all safety procedures and guidelines along with assisting in modifying and updating procedures.
Operating a forklift for various functions.
One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Willing to work overtime including weekends.
Close visual work required.
Knowledge of general computer skills.

Nice To Haves

High School or GED preferred.
