The Drop and Count Team Supervisor is responsible for supervising and properly performing duties related to the Drop and Count division of the Finance department in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.

Requirements

  • Dependable, hardworking, and great with time management
  • Cash-handling or casino experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to work 3:00am–1:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Promote positive employee and public relations through professional service
  • Address complaints and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure all count/drop processes follow internal controls and SOPs
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of count room and equipment; coordinate with Facilities/Housekeeping
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance; report and track repairs with vendors and update management
  • Coordinate with Slots on malfunctioning equipment identified during counts
  • Manage staffing needs, including scheduling, coverage, and time-off requests
  • Train team members and reinforce adherence to procedures and internal controls
  • Conduct regular team meetings and communicate updates, procedures, and performance feedback
  • Oversee payroll processes, including time review and approvals
  • Lead hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Participate in departmental meetings and continuous process improvements
