About The Position

Cyberhawk is hiring commercial UAS pilots at multiple experience levels to conduct aerial inspections of critical infrastructure. The role involves safely operating UAS platforms in line with FAA regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements; collecting high-quality imagery and inspection data; and supporting accurate, complete data capture. The appropriate pilot level and project opportunities will depend on the candidate’s certifications, experience, technical competency, and project requirements. This is a highly field-based, nomadic position. Pilots may travel extensively throughout California and occasionally elsewhere in the United States, spend extended periods away from home, and work at changing project locations. Work is outdoors across varied terrain, weather conditions, and project environments. Occasional weekend or holiday work may be required, and the role is eligible for per diems when away from the employee’s permanent residence. Cyberhawk was founded in 2008 and specializes in drone inspections of industrial assets. Its pilots and inspection engineers conduct UAS inspections for customers around the world, while its iHawk cloud-based visualization platform brings inspection data together to help customers make decisions about critical infrastructure. Cyberhawk emphasizes safety, operational excellence, and an inclusive work environment. The successful candidate must complete criminal background and motor vehicle checks during onboarding.
