About The Position

As a Driving Range Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our golfers. From maintaining the golf carts and range equipment to providing excellent service on the driving range, your role ensures that our members and guests have everything they need for an enjoyable day on the course. You'll be working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, contributing to a memorable golf experience for every member and guest. Your attention to detail, enthusiasm for the game of golf, and commitment to excellent customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements

Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to excellent service.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift/move golf equipment as needed.
Willingness to collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and punctuality.
Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

A love for the game of golf and an understanding of golf course etiquette is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure the driving range is set up and ready for use with proper ball placement and equipment.
Greet members and guests with a friendly, helpful attitude, offering assistance when needed, whether it's explaining range etiquette or giving information about the course.
Regularly clean and maintain golf carts and other equipment, ensuring everything is in top condition.
Ensure the range is fully stocked with balls, help guests with their practice sessions, and provide excellent service to golfers using the driving range.
Support golfers with their needs throughout their visit to the range, providing an exceptional level of customer service.
