About The Position

This role involves leading all aspects of DriveUp&Go (DUG) operations. The supervisor is responsible for managing key performance indicators, ensuring the department meets cleanliness and organization standards, and facilitating training for all DUG crew members. A key focus is on ensuring guest satisfaction by meeting quality, quantity, and timeliness standards for all orders. The supervisor will also promote awareness of DUG services among store crew members and guests to drive sales and usage.

  • Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess leadership skills and the ability to influence the work of others.
  • Must be able to motivate crew members to achieve department goals.
  • Basic computer skills required, basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, and outlook) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of DUG operations.
  • Review and manage “Metrics That Matter” on a daily/weekly basis with DUG crew and Store Director.
  • Ensure DUG department meets standards for cleanliness, organization and all marketing materials are fresh.
  • Perform initial validation “smoke” test hosted by Corporate Implementation team.
  • Facilitate training for all DUG crew members, including “on-demand” crew members.
  • Ensure all DUG crew members are following proper processes and procedures.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with the DUG experience.
  • Ensure all orders are shopped and staged on time prior to guest arrival time.
  • Ensure all orders meet our 3Q’s standards, Quality (WIBI), Quantity (no OOS) and Quickness (on-time order readiness).
  • Facilitate store crew member awareness.
  • Ensure service centric guest facing crew members can answer all DUG FAQ’s.
  • Coach service centric guest facing crew members to “talk” DUG with guests and provide DUG flyers and marketing materials as needed.
  • Facilitate guest awareness of DUG services.
  • Drive sales and use of DUG services.
