About The Position

TLR Hydraulics, an MCE Company, is seeking a dependable, professional driver to join their team. The Driver plays an important role in keeping customers supplied and the shop operation running smoothly. This role involves making daily deliveries to businesses and job sites across the DFW area, interacting professionally with customers, and ensuring the vehicle is maintained and ready for use. This is a physically active, road-based role that requires a clean driving record, good time management, and a friendly, professional attitude. Requirements

Clean driving record
Must be able to pass initial and random drug and alcohol testing.
Ability to be on the road up to 8 hours a day comfortably.
Professional, presentable, and friendly with a positive attitude.
Well organized with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
Reliable team player who can also work independently on the road.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically active environment (climbing, standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping).
Comfortable working in outdoor environments and with occasional exposure to heat, cold, noise, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

Make daily deliveries to businesses and job sites across the DFW area safely and on schedule.
Interact with customers professionally and courteously at every stop, representing TLR well on every delivery.
Arrive at destinations on time and manage your route efficiently throughout the day.
Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use at the start of each shift.
Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed and report any maintenance concerns promptly.
Operate the vehicle safely in compliance with all applicable traffic laws and company driving policies.
