About The Position
Works under direct supervision of program management to provide functional skills training and personal care to disabled customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid CDL and clean driving record.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond well to supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate respect and sensitivity to diversity.
- Maintain First Aid/CPR certificates.
- Able to meet California Community Care Licensing personnel standards.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in day or residential programs serving persons with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional skills training and personal care to disabled customers.
