About The Position

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Driver to work at Pathways Southwest Iowa located at 1702 North 16th Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a need for flexible start and end times. This position will pay up to $23.36/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.
Must be 21 years of age.
Valid Driver’s license is required.
In Iowa, Chauffeur's license will be required prior to hire.
Must be able to successfully pass a DOT Medical Exam and obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
Hiring is contingent on successfully passing a DOT Medial Exam and obtaining DOT Medial Examiner’s Certificate.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

CDL certificate may be required depending on location.
CNA certificate may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

Provide safe and timely transportation of Immanuel Pathways participants, under the supervision of the Transportation Supervisor.
Transport meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other items deemed necessary.
Responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of the vehicle assigned on a daily basis.
Responsible for communicating any safety issue to the Transportation Supervisor.
Be capable of, and experienced in, transporting individuals with special mobility needs.
