About The Position

As a Driver at Venture Dynamics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites. You will be responsible for operating a variety of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other specialized equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver
Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including trucks and vans
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to transport personnel, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of materials and personnel
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating vehicles
Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles as needed
Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance logs
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate transportation needs
Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents immediately to the appropriate personnel
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times
Other duties as assigned by management.
