About The Position

Van drivers are needed for part-time and full-time positions. Part-time drivers will operate a 15-passenger van approximately from 8 AM to 10 AM and/or 2 PM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, transporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Full-time driving shifts are available from 8 AM to 4 PM, involving picking up individuals and taking them into the community during the day, which may include some time working with participants at the day hub. Many routes will have a direct care staff member on the van to assist with participants while in route.

Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check (no felonies in the past 10 years, no history of abuse, fraud, etc.).
• Must have a good driving record (no SR22, no more than 2 moving violations and 1 accident in the last 3 years).
• Must meet DOT requirements for driving.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and confirm employment eligibility through E-Verify.
• Must submit to post-offer and random drug screenings.

Nice To Haves

• CDL is not required.
