About The Position
PRN Transportation Driver – Healthcare Setting We are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Transportation Driver to support our healthcare team by safely transporting patients/residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and facility‑approved outings. This flexible, as‑needed role is ideal for someone who values safety, service, and patient dignity.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport patients/residents to scheduled healthcare appointments
- Provide assistance with boarding, exiting, and securing wheelchairs or mobility devices
- Follow all healthcare safety protocols, including infection‑control guidelines
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, complete pre‑trip safety checks, and report any concerns
- Ensure accurate documentation of trips, mileage, and patient interactions
- Deliver friendly, respectful customer service to patients, families, and staff hat
