About The Position

Hallcon is seeking drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation to members of railroad crews, contributing to the crucial operations of the railways. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with paid training, holiday pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. Drivers will not have high-pressure delivery quotas, load/unload packages, or experience prolonged standing. The company provides the vehicle, fuel, and insurance.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Current valid state-issued driver's license
• Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle
• Utilize navigation tools effectively
• Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards
• Ability to communicate and write in English
• Flexible hours and varying schedules (not scheduled)
