About The Position

Our Driver is responsible for the timely and safe transporting of Independent Living residents to various individual and group activities. Position available: Part-time, Days vary, to include mornings, nights & weekends with strong emphasis on Saturdays. Must be flexible with your shifts to accommodate special events.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
• Possess a valid Commercial Drivers license (CDL) with P endorsement in the State.
• Good driving record.
• Possess valid DOT medical examiner's certificate (yearly physical).
• Valid and active Driver license issued from any State, with a good driving record.
• Successful completion of Cypress of Raleigh golf cart training.
• Must be courteous, friendly and helpful with members and residents at all times.
• Must be able to interpret and follow map directions.

Nice To Haves

• High school education preferred.
