About The Position

This role involves delivering Jimmy John's sandwiches by bike within a defined local delivery area. The routes are short and the territory is familiar, with no long hauls. Between deliveries, you will also work in-shop and be paid for that time. Responsibilities include learning routes, getting orders out fast and safely, double-checking orders before they leave, taking phone orders, handling payments accurately, and reconciling cash, tips, and mileage with your manager at the end of each shift. You will also pitch in on in-shop tasks between runs.

Requirements

• 18 or older
• Your own reliable bicycle, in safe working condition
• Comfortable riding in city traffic and in varied weather
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English (phone orders, delivery tickets)

Responsibilities
