About The Position

We are seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers who believe that all children have the right to safe and reliable access to their education. This is a part-time role, averaging 20 hours per week during the school year. Drivers will be designated as W2 employees and will benefit from comprehensive paid training and a friendly, supportive office staff. A safety technology system, including a forward-facing camera and telematics device, is provided in every vehicle to support drivers and reinforce safe driving behaviors. This equipment is required for all drivers while transporting students. Pay per route can vary based on factors such as routes accepted, number of children, distance, and availability.

Requirements

At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Current and valid car insurance and accompanying vehicle registration
At least 3 years of legal driving experience
Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone
Able to pass a comprehensive onboarding process, including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection
Required to read, write and speak English at a proficient level

Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school
Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children
Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff
