About The Position

This position provides a range of transportation services to clients. This includes monitoring clients during transport and informing OMHP/LPHA/Clinic RN/Clinic director of problematic behaviors. Duties include, but are not limited to, transportation, courier duties, coordination of vehicle upkeep, monitoring clients during transport, documentation of transport time, and safety duties to include vehicle checks and maintenance of vehicles. Transportation includes travel outside the catchment area. Clinic Driver is part of an administrative support team and will also provide back-up support duties such as office communications & other tasks. Position will be available as needed during evening hours.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Processing skills for both entry and output proficiencies.
• Current driver's license.
• Defensive Driving Certificate.

• Experience in human service field.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
• Work well with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services to clients.
