About The Position

As a Driver, the employee will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate product deliveries while providing exceptional service to our valued clients. The employees’ attention to detail, safe driving practices, and effective communication skills will contribute to the success of our organization and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent
• Attention to detail and aptitude in working with numbers including mathematical calculations involving percentages, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively communicate information to clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Load the company vehicle with products in the specified delivery route order.
• Drive vehicle to designated route to deliver such products to clients in designated time frame.
• Proactively address and resolve service complaints and adjust the route as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Obtain customer signatures on receipts for pickups or deliveries, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
