About The Position

MISTRAS is looking for a dependable, hardworking jack-of-all-trades to join our team. This position is a combination of driver, shop support, and general facility maintenance. We need someone who takes initiative, is reliable, and doesn’t mind jumping in wherever needed to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Clean background
• Clean driving record
• Valid TWIC card
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Ability to safely lift, load, unload, and organize equipment and materials
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and varying schedules when required

Nice To Haves

• 40-Hour Radiation Safety Training preferred but not required at time of hire. (MISTRAS will provide the required training if needed)

Responsibilities

• Transport personnel and equipment to and from various job locations
• Pick up and deliver equipment, materials, and supplies
• Make runs for the office and project teams as needed
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop and equipment areas
• Perform basic office and shop maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, handling minor repairs, and lawn.
• Help ensure equipment and materials are properly stored and organized
• Assist the operations team with other day-to-day needs as they arise
