About The Position
We�re currently seeking a Driver to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you�ll play a key role in creating a warm welcome and providing safe, reliable transportation service around the resort.
Requirements
- Friendly, service-focused attitude and professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver�s license and clean driving record (required)
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move up to 50-75 lbs. regularly
Nice To Haves
- Previous driving or hospitality experience preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional service for guests using company vehicles
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression
- Share information about resort amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times
- Keep vehicles and luggage carts clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Support the Front Desk and other departments with guest service needs
- Follow all safety policies and report any issues promptly to management
