About The Position

The driver’s role is to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transportation of goods and company assets from plant to customer, as well as plant to plant. This role represents Webco professionally at customer sites, building and sustaining strong customer relationships through respectful communication and dependable service. The driver is expected to demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity while operating company vehicles and interacting with customers and the public, prioritizing customer needs and acting in a manner that supports Webco’s commitment to exceptional service. Maintaining Webco trucks and trailers in superior working and cosmetic condition, promptly reporting mechanical issues, and accurately maintaining all required Driver logs and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations are also key aspects of this role. Dependable attendance by arriving on time each day and performing all assigned duties and tasks as needed is essential.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older for interstate driving
• Valid Oklahoma Commercial Driver’s License – Class A
• Current DOT Certificate a PLUS or must be able to pass DOT physical
• Must be able to pass periodic random drug/alcohol screen as required by DOT if selected for position
• Webco has determined this position involves safety-sensitive job duties and will be considered a safety-sensitive position for purpose of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Action (“The Unity Bill”) effective August 29, 2019.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport materials from plant to customer locations and between Webco plants, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
