Driver - Weekend Day Shift

Weekend Day Shift, Week 1: Wednesday - Saturday 11 AM - 11 PM, Week 2: Wednesday – Friday, 11 AM - 11 PM. As a Driver, you will have a starring role as you provide daily freight solutions for our customers. In this position, you’ll be able to spend time at home at the end of your shift. Requirements
- 1 year of driving experience
- Class C license
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 consecutive years of driving experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure the assigned truck/trailer is always properly placarded to meet DOT regulations
- Coordinate work assignments with immediate supervisor to ensure customer orders are completed
- Communicate all work stoppages, equipment failures and significant work-related problems to your immediate supervisor in a timely manner
- Maintain adequate driving speeds, trip reports and logbooks
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
- Maintain positive working relationships with customers
