About The Position

A Driver at Loud And Live safely transports event equipment, materials, and supplies between the warehouse, venues, and client locations while supporting warehouse operations through loading, unloading, staging, inventory control, and equipment handling. This role is responsible for operating company vehicles safely, protecting company assets, maintaining accurate delivery documentation, and providing exceptional service to internal departments and clients. When not driving, this position supports daily warehouse operations and event preparation.

Requirements

  • Valid Florida Driver License with an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
  • Ability to operate company cargo vans and pickup trucks required.
  • Ability to safely operate box trucks (typically up to 26 feet) when applicable.
  • Ability to safely tow and back utility or enclosed trailers when applicable.
  • Ability to complete company driver safety training and vehicle orientation.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.
  • Previous delivery, warehouse, logistics, event production, rental, or moving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company cargo vans, pickup trucks, box trucks, and truck/trailer combinations as assigned.
  • Load, unload, secure, and transport equipment while protecting company assets from damage.
  • Verify all deliveries and returns against pick lists, manifests, and event schedules before departure and upon return.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and event-ready company vehicles.
  • Assist with pulling, staging, packing, labeling, wrapping, and securing event equipment.
  • Support warehouse receiving, returns, inventory counts, organization, and housekeeping when not driving.
  • Communicate delivery status, delays, and site conditions with warehouse leadership and event teams.
  • Follow all DOT regulations that apply to non-CDL commercial vehicles, Florida traffic laws, company vehicle policies, and site safety procedures.
  • Operate pallet jacks, dollies and forklifts when trained and authorized.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, fuel receipts, and inspection documentation.
  • Perform other driving, logistics, warehouse, and event support duties as assigned.
