About The Position

R+L Carriers has an immediate opportunity for Yard Jockey Combo at our Grand Rapids, MI Service Center to unload and load trailers and hostler trailers on the yard. This is a Full-Time position, Monday - Friday, with a 3rd shift schedule (1 AM - 11 AM). PTO is available after the first 90 calendar days of employment. The company offers an excellent benefits package, including access to employee resorts.

Requirements

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift exp in a fast-paced LTL environment preferred.
• Previous yard hostling experience in a fast-paced environment highly preferred.
