Operates a delivery vehicle and performs a variety of manual tasks and some clerical tasks for warehouse operations. Responsible for proper receipt, storage and control of materials, supplies, furniture, tools, and equipment at the warehouse facility. The role requires the ability to work flexible schedules, including emergencies, evenings/nights, extended hours, inclement weather conditions, outside of normal business hours, overtime as needed, summer hours, and weekends. The driver will be responsible for loading, unloading, and delivering/picking up materials, supplies, furniture, tools, equipment, and related items. This includes filling requisition orders, packing and checking orders, receiving, unpacking, and stocking supplies, equipment, and materials. Operation of various moving equipment such as pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and power tailgates is also required. The driver will work with the Property Control Manager for furniture and equipment delivery and is responsible for maintaining the vehicle and storage sites. Participation in the snow removal program and performing other related duties are also part of the role.
